LATINO DAY/ EL DIA LATINO

The Spanish Department is delighted to announce a very special event for Year 9 Spanish Students, the Latino Day/el Día latino. This event will take place between 2.00 and 3.45pm on Friday 8th February at JAGS. Click here to have a look at the programme.

The Latino Day/el Dia Latino will consist of a series of lively cultural workshops, such as Salsa dancing, Flamenco dancing, Hispanic art and theatre. The Spanish Department is also very proud to invite to this fabulous event other schools in Southwark and we are very pleased to welcome Year 9 Spanish students from Academy of Peckham, Charter School and Notre Dame RS. We also want to thank Dulwich Community Council for its support. There is no charge for this event.

We are looking forward to a very enjoyable day and hope that the girls will learn and have a great time! Let’s do fiesta!
